Failure of Company to enforce any provision of this Contract shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. 7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and us and supersedes any prior statements or representations. 8. ASSIGNMENT. This Contract shall apply to any subsequent purchase of LazerRope Products from Buyer. e products or services described hereon.
